My passion for health and well being started at an early age. I enjoy sports especially running ans swimming. I have been involved in events such as the City 2 Surf, Hunter Valley, Sydney and Lake Macquarie Half Marathon and such challenges as the adventure race. I have worked with all levels of athletes from Triathletes to Ironman competitors,  NSW state of origin team and was fortunate to meet and treat track and field athletes from all over the world at the
2009 World Masters Games held in Sydney Olympic Park.

I have been given the opportunity to consult athletes of various levels and sports for the
Hunter Academy of Sports. Discussing the benefits of massage and promoting massage
as being an injury prevention especially to sportsmen and women.

My personal and professional development is one of my strong points.
I include the fundamental life principles in all of my treatments
by communicating and enabling my clients to feel educated and more aware of their presenting symptoms.

I will guarantee that I will continue to improve my skills and capacity in practicing my profession and assisting my clients to the best of my knowledge. I have no doubt my experience in  Health and Wellbeing field will bring my clients an enormous value and positve results.

Qualifications:

Diploma in Remedial Massage

Certificate in Sports and Trigger Point
Certificate IV in Therapeutic Massage
Certificate in Whole Body Massage
Onsen Vol I-IV Structural and Functional
Assessments on upper and Lower body
Work Cover Accredited
Health Fund Accredited

Continuing Professional Education at least 100 hours per year
